This is the beta version of UltimateMod,
use the main version if you want a more stable experience.

  • The beta version is meant for testing only and it can be unstable.
This mod uses Harmony[github.com]
  • version 2.0 by Andreas Pardeike via the Cities Harmony mod by boformer.

Includes Functions:
  • Fast Return - It allows you to finish the game quickly.
  • Skip intro - Shortens the time until you enter the game.
  • Unlock Any Milestone
  • Achievement - Achievement can be achieved by activating mods
  • No Abandonment - Disable/Enable building abandonment live in-game
  • Disable Chirpy - Remove the chirpy
  • EnabledAutoCash - Get money automatically
  • Full Demand - Force infinite demand for residential, commercial and industrial zones.
  • No Fire - Disable/Enable buildings catching on fire
  • RICO Income - Change the RICO area income multiplier to increase the city's revenue in the easiest way possible
  • Oil And Ore - Adjust oil and ore capacity.
  • Resource Goods - Stock your commercial buildings, zoned/plopped industry and shelters with an infinite amount goods
  • Transport Upkeep cost - Adjustment of maintenance costs
  • Service Upkeep cost - Adjustment of maintenance costs
  • Construction cost - Adjustment of Construction cost
  • Relocation cost - Adjustment of Relocation cost
  • Bulldozing building refund - Adjustment of the refunds for demolition costs of buildings
  • Area cost - Adjustment of area cost
  • Toll price increase - Changes the range on the toll booths to $1-$20 per car ($2-20 per truck)
  • Unlimited Unique Buildings - Unlimited placement of unique buildings.
  • City Services
    Maximize the attractiveness of the entire city
    Maximize entertainment throughout the city
    Maximize the land value in your city
    Maximize educational coverage
    Maximize the health of the entire city
    Maximize the Radio Coverage of the entire city
    Maximize the Earthquake Coverage of the entire city
    Maximize the Firewatch Coverage of the entire city
    Remove criminals from all buildings
    Remove dead people and replace them with new children
    Remove garbage from all buildings
  • Zen Garden Cherry Blossom - Unlike custom tree assets, the cherry blossom tree that comes with the vanilla game can be easily placed over the beautification panel.

While I appreciate this mod has been updated, however it has been overshadowed by the more popular Game Anarchy mod recently which includes almost every function from this original Ultimate Mod.

Bloodypenguin has removed european buildings unlocker so the european building function can no longer use

I hope the Unlimited Unique Building built-in function will have an on/off toggle in the future updates.

seems a good mod but based on the reviews it has many issues so i am skipping this one sadly

crowdin korean language translate is done.

Something within this mod is not working and I love this mod...... Garbage trucks will not spawn on one save and I start a new city and the game crashes every time I zone the first residents.... uninstalled the mod game works fine
