BFE Style Serious Difficulty + Lighter Red Screen

"I have barely enough lead for all of ya"

Increases damage taken on serious to 2.5x from 2x and removes the ammo multiplier, similar to how BFE does serious. Also makes screen lighter red when taking damage.
It has to be combined like this since the lighter red screen mod overwrites the same file that needs to be modified to adjust difficulties. If you want the effect alone, use his standalone version.
