Just tested it and it still works! Youre likely using anohter mod that overrides the sprites or reassigns them somehow, try removing any mods that give the gello costumes and try again

To get this mod working, in the mod "familiar" directory you'll need to create a subfolder named "umbilical_baby", put the mod files inside and rename:
"familiar_umbilical_baby.png" to "base.png"
"umbilical_cord.png" to "cord.png"

likely because it seems some cosmetics were added to gello in the new update, i'll look into it thanks!

im not sure whats up but this mod isnt working for me at all, which is a shame cause i really wanted wholesome lillith and cute gello
