Beta balance test, currently only including the Third Reich and United States [EARLY BETA] Thanks for downloading!

Major changes:
-Research tree fixed, now 150 seconds between researches
-All ships now have an upkeep
-Assault infantry nerfed
-German economy stabilised

this iz probably the best rusted warfare addon i have played but it needs lots of fixing, the stuart tank is super OP with low costs and probably one of the only working machineguns, every other mg is extremely weak. multiplayer for some reason puts unreleased factions in the game, when i played with my friends they could for some reason choose britain and italy. soviet bombers need buffs they do barely any damage to units. I dont even know if changing difficulty does anything because whenever i choose germany the bot always goes soviet (or american if the spawn on the map is on islands) they always do the same thing. every german tank is extremely slow and do barely any damage. one thing i really want added is that oil plants dont make a limited amount of oil and actually produce oil instead of me having to make synthetic oil plants just to make 20 extra oil. plus the requirements for research are way too big, i could never get the experimental flight units.
