Make tears aura's damage again depend on your damage, same as before Repentance

You can get this modification in my Repentane Unnerf Pack too

I released all of my single unnerf mods in one big mod pack! In pack you can enable/disable separately unnerfs with Mod Config Menu.

Yea this was needed, There was no reason it should of been nerfed, especially since it's one of the hardest items to unlock.
