Seeker Rifle [WOTC]

The Seeker Rifle is a riot control device that is meant for accuracy at long-range.

This sniper rifle comes in three tiers and has custom fire\reload SFX as well as particle effects.
It's also tintable!

Can be added to inventory mid-campaign.

Weapon stats can be adjusted for separate weapon tiers in the XComSeekerRifle.ini file.
