Try subbing to this mod, going to your Isaac folder, mods, "classic tboi + antibirth ost [dannyb & mudeth mix] (includes vol. 3!)_2506896478" (make sure you open the game first so it gets installed), then open the resources folder, delete the sfx and music.xml folder, and inside the music folder delete absolutely everything besides store loop intro.ogg and store loop.ogg, that should do exactly what you want. Let me know if that doesn't work.
