Recruit Neeko

I did not make the model/race, this merely takes Ketz's neeko and makes her spawn in the the world as a recruitable. Mostly did this as many people requested that feature in his mod and I wanted to learn the FCS.

You will need Ketz's Neeko for Kenshi mod, make sure my patch is below his mod for this to work!

Import is recommended, otherwise they may not spawn.

They'll spawn in one of these cities (not including overrides, but many of these don't have any either way):
-Black Scratch
-The Hub
-Mourn
-Mongrel
-Shark
-Stoat
-World's End

I tried to spread them in a way that allows easy enough recruitment wherever you are on the map while hopefully not cluttering the world with them.

There is a 20% chance that they will spawn as male, as I figured most people would just want to play with the female model, but the male one is still pretty nice.

I made them renewable, so they should spawn again after a few days if they're killed or recruited(?).

Known issues:

-Maybe some incompatibilities with the CTF Dialogue mod. MAYBE. I had some issues with it as I didn't have all the dependencies for that mod, and I'm not willing to get them to try things since it'd mess with other mods in my game.
Chances are if you've got CTF installed right there probably won't even be any issues.
