Holdout [Halo Map]

A map I made with Colts Halo Factions mod. Multiplayer Compatible, this map is made to be difficult and I suggest playing with friends. Instead of the normal vanilla maps where you cover every area, you have two strategic points to defend as well as several locations where the supplies will be that you could either run to and back or defend however it will take those locations longer to be reinforced if you decide to defend the supply drops. This is meant to be difficult to play on as I have already stated that you have to go out and travel to get more supplies which will force you to be more strategic and utilize your troops well, I have beaten this on Heroic solo and it took me several tries before I finally could if that helps give you an understanding.

You start out in a UNSC FOB and have to set out on expeditions to the supply drops in order to gain more manpower. There are hidden weapons and several vehicles around the map that you can take if you reach them. Mountain passes give you a better view of certain parts of the battlefield but be sure to hike up them with a unit in direct control as AI pathfinding is dumb. I also added a custom group of covenant into the map acting as the banished basically that are guarding their camp with rewards ;)

I recommend playing with the difficulty set to Hard/Heroic for a fulfilling time if you want a cool base defense as the map is rather large.

This map is only available in Evacuation game mode currently. If there are any issues please let me know.

(Be sure to turn restrictions off so you have plenty of time to hike up and through the mountain passes!)

NOTE: Be sure to resubscribe to the map after it updates. Sometimes the map textures will not load if not resubscrived to.
