RHS Ratnik Retexture (EMR)

A couple friends and I got tired of how much RHS's original Ratnik textures stick out from one another. This helps with that.

Note that this is a REPLACEMENT CONFIG, meaning that there are no new vests/helmets added. My textures will simply replace the existing RHS ones. They are, after all, recolors of the originals.
