Instantly complete any challenge, and even unlock the item associated with it! For those particularly annoying challenges...
All you need to do is install the mod and start a challenge. It should instantly boot you back to the title screen and you should have completed the challenge!
If you don't want to use it anymore, disable the mod and restart the game.
