as stated. and there should be 2 of every workshop item you have, then look up
2499048482 in the search for the files at the top right.
after that, click on the one that has the blue, not the image. it will open GCFScape that says
root and media.
click on the media with the plus sign on the left side. it'll open up to files that say
valve.bik and valve_xbox_legal.bik.
drag those over to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\media]
in which you will get a popup on your screen saying to either replace the files or skip the files. Replace them and then your done. 👍
