Shogun 2 bug fixes

Its a compilation of a lot of various mods that fix the bugs in the game.
Unofficial patch does already exist, but a lot of the bug fixes still aren't in that mod so since it seems like it won't ever get updated I decided to make this mod for myself.
All of the creators of the mods that are used here or are used in a modified form will be properly credited here
I have also added some of my own mods like fatigue fix in

Fixes in the mod are as fallows:

-Fatigue now properly affects infantry (it didn't affect infantry at all before except for morale) - mine
-AI can no loger put a higer tax than normal tax - mine
-Arrows no longer sound like cannons when using other mods - English Bob
-Kisho ninja for hattori and tokugawa now get their buffs - Kak
-Light cavalry now has 80 men like all of the other cavalry - Bleu
-Battle camera is extended - daniu -TLG-
-Characters are now correctly displayed on the campaign map - Frodo45127
-Yari samurai and bullet proff samurai now have spear square as was intended in the game (also added spear square and rapid advance for yari ronin) - The Mall of America
-Ships are again sinkable - Two Hands
-Matchlock units for hattori and ikko ikki now have an officer with a gun (which also fixes a bug that makes their fire by rank break when they fire off 3 volleys) - Jomar Reyes
-Otomo can now recruit their matchlocks in castles like any other clan after researching attack by fire - EoNightcore
-Yari, spear and naginata wielding units no longer have their katanas and fight with only those weapons, also their officers are all also wielding the unit's weapon - Guvenoren
-AI no longer has an occupation resistance handicap - Bleu
-Diplomatic effect of trade embargo is no longer going to go infinitely down - Markeason
-Mori can now build medium bune in the harbour (like everybody else can) - Jaguar
