Adds a random event that lets you pick up book reading as an ongoing hobby. What will your character learn from reading pre-Collapse literature?

To block it triggering the same book repeatedly ... got Sun Tzu 3 times (in 20 turns) in latest play ... the combined version now only triggers each book once

how about traits = intelligent 0.5, dull 0.75, fickle 1.25 & stupid 1.5 as multipliers to the 25 years?

also adding a 25% chance to get the trigger separately from the underwater library expedition ?

@Elder The chance is actually quite low - 25 years. Might be interesting to make that higher for some character types.

More then 6 years and not even once trigered.
