Terezi Libra Costume

This is a simple mod I decided to upload that replaces libra's vanilla
costume with one based on terezi pyrope from homestuck.
All this changes it the costume,not the item's sprite or the item itself. All of the characters have a costume and it should work with any modded characters that use the default costumes.
