Updated: New York Pennsylvania Station

This is the NYC Penn Station originally created by ChiliadSun. With their permission, I have tweaked this asset to work better with the EST mod and with Sunset Harbor's updated Metro system! All credit goes to ChiliadSun for their amazing work into modeling and texturing this station. This wouldn't have been possible without them! This is a station that features underground tracks from the ETST mod. You can use it as a central station or a terminus station. :) This station accepts InterCity Trains as well!

From the original file description:

Pennsylvania Station was a historic railroad station in New York City, named for the Pennsylvania Railroad (PRR), its builder and original tenant. The station occupied an 8-acre (3.2 ha) plot bounded by Seventh and Eighth Avenues and 31st and 33rd Streets in Midtown Manhattan. It was designed by McKim, Mead, and White and completed in 1910. Its head house and train shed were considered a masterpiece of the Beaux-Arts style and one of the great architectural works of New York City.
Passenger traffic began to decline after World War II, and in the 1950s, the Pennsylvania Railroad sold the air rights to the property and shrank the railroad station. Starting in 1963, the above-ground head house and train shed were demolished, a loss that galvanized the modern historic preservation movement.

18x30 footprint, cost 120000$ to build, located in Transport -> Train menu, Subway station and railway tracks connections located underground!

*IMPORTANT*

Now placing and building this updated station is a little tricky. I have included in the images instructions how to connect the station tracks. Please refer to them.

Fine Road Anarchy is ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED to place this station and connect the tracks.

The ETST is also absolutely required as this station will not appear or function in the game.

The Mass Transit DLC is also required for the station to appear.

Known Quirks:

Extraneous Metro Line- As you noticed in the images, there is an extra metro track. As per the image, you want to use the deeper, longer metro station track. This extra track I believe is remnants of the old metro system before the Sunset Harbor update. I have tried to delete and remove this from the asset, but to no avail. Even with the Advanced Building Editor mod, I cannot remove that extra track because it would just reappear once placed in game. The only solution is to not use it and build around it. The station will function without it, and the main metro station below it is functional.

Despite it functioning just like a multi-platform station, Chirper and Tooltips will treat it as an "End of the Line" station because of the original template being that station. ;P

MOM Compatibility?

I do not use MOM (Metro Overhaul Mod), but I do not see why it wouldn't be compatible. If anyone uses this mod, please let me know how it works with this station. I'll update the description with certainty of its compatibility or not.

I have tested this station before, but if there are ANY bugs you may find, please be sure to report them and I will fix them to the best of my knowledge as soon as possible!
