描述
The golden sun arises from black ground.
The ground shakes under the hooves of the best horses of the Empire and the massive numbers of their soldiers.

This mod offers a complete rework of Averland, including new campaign mechanics, unit and goals. The faction has also been balanced by active tournament players and should be suitable for multiplayer as well.

This is a German Mod but i have build a translation in English.

Contents:
+ New faction Averland with over 25 new units.
+ New playstyle completely different from the empire.
+ Reworked mortal empires campaign with new goals
+ New recruiting mechanic for Averland
+ 4 new legendary generals
+ Balanced for multiplayer and tournaments

Background:
The Averlanders are a people of contrasts. They use a combination of ancient weapons and new technology for their soldiers. What they lack in skill, they compensate with numbers. Knightly orders from all over the empire join the Averlanders and so they have access to a large number of different orders.
While their weapons tend to lack precision, they compensate this with volume of fire. A frontal assault on Averland is doomed to fail due to the massed amount of fire power they can unleash unto the enemy. An opponent will also have to watch their flanks due to the varied Averland elite cavalry.
The Averlands excel in short distance ranged attacks, where their rather unprecise large volume of fire hits hardest.
The generals of Averland can support in different roles. Marius Leitdorf is a genius strategist and close combat specialist. Viktor Stojan loathes the winds of magic and disrupts spell casting on the field of battle. Even your own.

@Golaneth Yes Its a great match with OVN but sadly the Sigmar Heirs changes leave the faction without Garrison options, considering the constant secesionist spawns its not possible to play Agressive Campaings against Sylvania and Border Princes without giving up on territory. Without garrisons it is just not viable to play.

I am very happy that you like Averland. In the original sense it is designed as a campaign experience where the player takes over the faction. Unfortunately, due to the sheer mass of mods, I can't say if it works together with other mods. Try it ;)

This mod works hilariously with the OVN halflings faction. It really puts you in a very turbulent diplomatic crossroad where you're allied with riekland, but their supporter averland hates you, and your supporter stirland has sided with secessionists. A question for anyone who uses this mod with sigmar's heirs, how well do these two function with eachother? I'm curious to know what your thoughts are. They can run together on the same campaign but I'm afraid of actually taking averland or playing them as I think it might over-write some of the things is sigmar's heirs. I'm also using the hoover reskin, so I don't know if these three mods will function well together.

Ascopa, first of all much thanks for creating this beauty!

In your answer to Jebb Hello you mention a mod that makes your overhaul compatibel with Mixu's LL mod, however I got some trouble finding it, could you please tell which one?

Because your mod is the subject of a video of The Great Book of Grudges and iirc he mentioned it IS compatible with Mixu's LL, but his video is older then your reply so I just wanted to ask it :)
