How did you get the competitive win and lose poses with the animated prop tool? I can't find them on the list

Ok then, have you ever done coding? like Java, Software and etc. Thats literally HEX. Here's the answer by the retirement hexer quote:

I've owned GMod for 7.75 years and I have no fucking clue what a TF2 Hex is. I have seen these things on the workshop since 2013 and not once have i ever acknowledged these things other than hey that looks cool, i wish that was a playermodel/weapon and then moved on.
do these even get downloaded? they must be right? or else people wouldn't flood the workshop with them.
I'm just going to assume they're for Machinima and move on.
