remove tainted cain's eyepatch

I've made a mod that adds more patchless tainted cain. I'd appreciate if you checked it out I won't post a link unless you say it's ok to.

thanks for the feedback, this was mostly user requested so if i do plan on making changes it'd be in a new mod

Agree with aqepo that this makes him look more like Isaac. I think a good compromise would be a "shredded" eyepatch, where he's still wearing it, but it looks like whatever clawed his face ripped off most of the cloth over his eye, leaving only the strap and a frayed edge behind.

The problem is that IMO now he looks more like Isaac than Cain.
