描述
Replaces a lot of Captain's voicelines with Sindbad from Popeye.
In total, here's what gets replaced:
-Every single taunt [with 11 different ones!]
-"Go!" voice command
-"Encourage" voice command
-7 different clips for the "Sing" voice command
-The "laugh" voice command
And finally as an added flair,
the captain reloading his blunderbus for his special, and also using said special, get their own popeye-inspired themes.
[Note: the captain's voice lines for reloading his weapon don't always play for whatever reason. This is an issue with PVKII, not the mod.]

The reloading lines typically only play when in proximity to teammates. Probably so you won't give away your position too loudly when you're far away, and likely in enemy territory.
