Warning!

This addon maybe "idiot proof" meaning that you don't have to download any other addon in order for it to work, but you still require the Simfphys base or else the car won't function at all!

So anyways, here's the 1990 Camaro IROC-Z on simfphys base.

Features:

-Lights, speedometer, tachometer and stuff work
-Custom sounds stolen from the GTA IV cars pack
-Idiot proof
-Skins
-Bodygroups
-Some parts can be moved using the bone tool
-Parts can be removed in case if you want to install custom parts for it (Use PAC3 to install custom parts)

Could you perhaps either make an earlier model of the third gen, or perhaps have an option to change the cluster/steering wheel?
