P.S. I don't know if it was just the outfit I had on my character, but the human with this skin makes it look really dark and hard to see the stars on the skin. Considering that I don't play the human character, it doesn't bother me but I just wanted to let you know. :D
Click subscribe button on this page,
Open the game to the main menu,
Click on the Steam Workshop banner at the top right side of the screen,
Click the install button for this mod,
Restart the game,
In the paws menu click customise character,
The skin should be available to all avatars.
