Unnerfed Item Mimics

描述
Unnerfs Blank Card and Placebo to back to how they used to be before Repentance, meaning all cards and pills take 4 rooms to recharge. Also changes Clear Rune to act like that as well because why not.

Note that this will essentially make some of the new runes like Soul of Lilith extremely overpowered, at the same time as nerfing whatever takes less than 4 rooms to recharge, but eh.

Special thanks to Paint for the extremely high effort thumbnail.

Also, it might not work if you're using any mod that modifies cards, pills or runes.

Are you sure you don't have any other mod that modifies pocketitems.xml? That might be preventing this mod from working, assuming I understand how mods work.

Doesn't seem to working. Placebo is still the exact same, 12 room charging for a health up pill.

Sorry, I'm an absolute beginner at this so it already took me a while to figure out how to fix those items because it was taking too long for a similar mod to show up. Adding a config is way beyond what I can do at the moment, I'm sure someone else can do a better job at that than me.
