Race for the Galaxy - Promo Worlds & Retrofit cards

Cards I couldn't find in other mods in the Workshop.

The image quality on the Promo Worlds is not the best, and I had to manually edit the originals to make the retrofit cards...but it works.

Changelist for the Retrofit cards (the Second Edition of the game should include these):
- Bio-Hazard Mining World from 3/2 to 2/0
- Merchant Guild additionally gives 1VP per good remaining at game end
- Imperium Armaments World from 4/2 to 3/2
- Black Market Trading World from 3/2 to 2/1
- Outlaw World now provides +1 military

Since the image quality on the Promo Worlds is not the best, I transcribed the special powers of Terraforming Colonists and Galactic Trade Emissaries onto the Tooltip of those cards, in case you have trouble reading them (in can be hard particularly under certain Lighting settings)

For playing the game, I recommend this mod https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=440771498, but it doesn't include these cards as far as I know.

Since some of th cards don't have their preset numbers in that mod, I also included what I believe are the four correct Preset opening hands for the base game, which are useful when teaching the game to new players.
