Type in init of the vehicle: "This ForceFlagTexutre "\A3\Data_F\Flags\Flag_red_CO.paa";
You can find each path to the specific custom flag texture if you open banner version. In the bottom there is section with the texture path. Copy it to your "ForceFlagtexture" code in init. So you put Banner (Syria) on the map. Open it by double click on it. Search the section with the texture and copy it in between quotation marks "...";.
