Generic Focus Tree Plus

Minor nations receive a small buff in terms of resource production.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

• Six new focuses for the "Industrial Effort" branch of the generic focus tree that provide seven of each resource. For balancing reasons, oil, rubber, and chromium are mutually exclusive. The steel, aluminum, tungsten, and chromium focuses require that you have "Excavation I" researched with the oil and rubber focuses being the only ones that require "Synthetic Oil Experiments" to be researched.

• Ironman:
  NOT Ironman compatible.
  
• DLC:
  NO DLC is needed.
  
• Mods:
  Compatible with any mod that doesn't change the "common/national_focus/generic.txt" file.

• GFX and Scripting: Entirely by Me

• Historical War Flags - Adds new war flags for certain nations and a new unit counter.
  
• Updated German Focus Tree Icons - Replaces the old and boring German focus icons with brand new ones made by me.
