Rework of -German National Focus Rework-. It will adapt to my mod compilation.

Most of the unbalanced and op national focus and ideas will be revamped. New focus branches will be added in future updates.

(Removed most of the op decisions, and also rebalanced Focus tree, improved industry tree, debuff for military path and 4th year plan.)

I don't play the game anymore. When i start obviously i'm gonna update this mods cuz i play with it. But dunno when i start so xd

These focuses take way too long, I can barely fill out the political branches before 1939, with minimal progress for the military trees, especially the navy. Wtf is this Hanomag focus, why does it take 210 days!?
Also why the hell is the reichsautobahn decision random? It can even upgrade the same province 3 times, which is a bloody waste.
And what's these germanizing puppets thing? Why don't collaboration governments count?
