A simple catapult module. Fully automated hook/attach and release. Also auto-resets after every launch. When running from a freshly spawned ship, the Tick Timer PB must be recompiled and run with "setup" as argument.

Usage:

1. Approach the catapult SLOWLY (5m/s)
2. Stop when the orange stopper pops up and your plane is very close to it.
3. Launch delay is about 3 seconds. When the stopper goes down, increase the plane throttle.
4. Launch away!
