No more off-screen jumpies and shenanigans :)

KeyBinds:
Press 'U' to toggle wether or not enemies get disabled
(for when you get softlocked or dont feel like using it afterall)

Removes non-boss activity from off-screen enemies (Boss rush, hush, delirium rooms are excempt from that)

Could you please make that the poltys and his variants don't freeze? Because when they escape they freeze and softlock the room, the good thing is that you can turn of the mod and nothing happen

You're welcome, i'll also be adding a toggle so you can turn it off in-game (should you encounter a room that softlocks you)
