Because it's supposed to be closer to the actual angry faic as opposed to the grey one in flash Isaac, which in my opinion doesn't quite match the energy of the original. Alien Hominid HD used the face in their healthbars and it did a good job making the bosses feel goofy while also a bit serious, something I'm trying to emulate with this mod.

Why is the angry face so yellow? I'd like to use it, but in the original it matches the miniboss bar color.

I may or may not have been using the mod file for personal texture testing and had no idea if it actually auto-updated the mod each time...
