Pip Plant Overlay

Adds an overlay showing the locations where Pips can plant Seeds, and providing reasons for the locations where they cannot.

For more details on the rules of Pip planting, see the forum topic[forums.kleientertainment.com].

• Adds a new overlay which color codes map locations where Pips can plant Seeds.
  
• Hovering over an area will highlight the Plants that are within the detection radius of a Pip trying to plant there.
  
• Note that each Seed has vertical space and temperature requirements which must also be satisfied to be planted.

This mod is compatible with Simpler Pip Plant Overlay. If the planting radius is changed using that mod, the Pip Planting overlay will update to match.
