Adds the Doctor from DBD


Full settings menu to customize how he works. (located in the spawn menu towards the right.)

Possession support.

Has multiple cosmetics.

Can open multiple kinds of doors (for possessors, you need to have your "Suit Zoom bind bound to Middle Mouse or any other key)

Can kick open locked prop doors(configurable).

Dealing physics damage (like shooting props towards them using gravity gun) stuns him.


Has two different shock attacks, "Shock therapy" and "Static Blast"

Both shock attacks increase an enemies madness(more info in the "Madness" section below)

Successfull shock attacks enable illusion spawning for a period (duration configurable, see "Illusions" section for more info on illusions.)


The Doctors main power attack.

Charges up and shocks enemies within a cone (distance and angle configurable)

Shocks damage enemies and increase their madness.



A more powerful shock attack but is on a cooldown.

When patrolling, will charge up and damage any enemy that is within a huge radius (radius configurable).

Enemies hit will be revealed to the doctor (icons will pop up for possessors to show where enemies are).



If the victim has any madness, they will naturally lose madness points while not getting shocked.

If the victim reaches full madness capacity (300), will go fully mad.

At the moment, the main downside to being fully insane is moving illusions (info on them in the "Illusions" section).


There are two types of illusions that can spawn, the stationary illusion and the moving illusion.

Stationary illusions will spawn near any enemy regardless of madness levels, their main purpose is to distract.

Moving illusions will spawn and target any enemy that is fully insane.

Moving illusions Work similar to The Doctor, until landing a successfull hit, being stunned, or getting killed.

Moving illusions do not have shock attacks.

Moving illusions will constantly pursue its picked target after spawning.
