描述
Was playing a machine empire and wanted the Mr Gutsy voice from fallout. Then I remembered I could just do that.

Adds the Mister Gutsy from new vegas as an advisor as well as the pre-war military symbol as a flag.

nv gutsies sound different than Fallout 3, their voices are higher. I wonder why they re-recorded all the lines?

yeah- fallout 3 is a mess on new systems. I personally don;t know anybody that does not use tale of 2 wastelands to play F3

any chance of a fallout 3/4 one (the version with the deeper voice like a sterotypical drill instructer)? It would be awesome as a militarist advisor, or a dertemined exterminator voice.
