描述
What does this mod do?
This mod adds new technologies that allow you to use new edicts that use previously unclaimed rare resources. It is part of the Stellaris Vitalization series of mods.
Why is this mod needed?
This mod can help to slightly speed up the pace of research, as well as the speed of redeployment of fleets in the mid and late game.

List of decrees:
  • Zro stimulants.
    Duration: until cancelled. Cost: standard, zro. Increases research rate by 15%.
  • Dark energy inhibitors.
    Duration: until cancelled. Cost: standard, Dark Matter. Increases the speed of ships by 20% and the chance to disengage by 33%.
