Tweaked Glaucoma sprite

Tweaked sprite for Glaucoma. Now it's no longer derivative of Cain's other eye.

For your convenience, I'm uploading every sprite tweak separately, so that if you don't like some of them, . After I receive enough feedback, tweak my redesigns, and make the requested ones, and remove the ones that don't work, I will compile them into one big mod :)
