Tweaked Blue Candle sprite

Tweaked sprite for Blue Candle. Now it's not just a recolored Red Candle. The flame also burns a bit lighter, to indicate that this is the more powerful one of the two

For your convenience, I'm uploading every sprite tweak separately, so that if you don't like some of them, . After I receive enough feedback, tweak my redesigns, and make the requested ones, and remove the ones that don't work, I will compile them into one big mod :)
