Dr. Hax's Banhammer SWEP

This is entirely my own code, and I got creative with the entire idea. Pressing "reload" as an admin allows for admins to kick a player when they are hit. Another example is that NPCs dissolve when hit. Also, it packs a punch when it hits someone, and doesn't officially "kill" anyone so that is why it is non-admin.Credits go to the guy who originally made the Banhammer's model and materials!
