Waterway

描述
As a last ditch effort, the Waterway was created as a prototype submarine to gain funding. Every single segment of the Waterway is seperated and connected to eachother by strong wires. Due to the design of the Waterway, crew members face the risk of flying out of the submarine if they try to enter another section when the submarine is still moving. The submarine has multiple blind-spots and an exposed hull. Though, the design makes it easier to exit the submarine to deal with threats.

Completely changed the colour palette of the submarine, added some few decorations, made the ai waypoints (hopefully) better, replaced the top railgun with a coilgun and finally added tags to all of the cabinets, so now autofill will work correctly and as intended!

Also fixed that some graffiti was't appearing, as-well as one of the lights in reactor room not being wired to power.

Few changes to the submarine.
Title was changed from "S.S Waterway" to "Waterway".
Fixed a bug where I incorrectly used a hull in the room with a window in the cabins zone, essentially allowing it to crush you if you walked to the end of it.

There already is a medbay, check the far left side of the cabins zone on the first floor.
