Echoes of War - Sound Upgrade

描述

Adds a simple, subtle echo sound effect to most artillery, bomb and mortar rounds to enhance immersion.

Works for most of RHS and S.O.G. Prairie Fire artillery, bomb and mortar rounds as well.

Sometimes the echo sound comes before the actual explosion

Not sure if it's intended, but it seems unrealistic to hear an echo before its sound

Does this affect performance? For some reason JSRS drops my game by like 10 fps so wondering if this does it as well?

Should be compatible, this doesn't change any sound files so should be no conflicts
