Added a single line in code so ai cant take the crisis perk.
the player however still can.

My take on this: In my games lately almost every AI becomes a damn crisis ass. Would it not be better if the crisis perk itself was edited to be only usable by fanatic purifiers and determined exterminators? Right now almost anyone can pick it, and they do! and it's damn annoying.

Its excruciatingly annoying when the whole galaxy is at war with one ai crisis only for another one to pop up.

Oh thank god. i've already had AI ruin 2 or 3 of my campaigns, and they're ALWAYS on the opposite side of the map so i never get a chance to kill the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Fanatic purifiers before they take this overpowered perk.
