描述
Charcoal is a trinket that makes you immune to fire. That includes fireplaces and flame projectiles from enemies.

I couldn't have done this without help from the members of the Modding of Isaac Discord, specifically AgentCucco, pedroff_, android ♥ (Echo), and im_tem.

Dont give up, maybe you can learn more about modding through trying to fix it.
Check for if something stays true that you have enabled!

That's weird.
To be completely honest, I know nothing about modding, so I honestly don't know what I could do to fix it.
And this mod pretty much burned me out (no pun intended), so I think I'll just stick to graphical mods.

I think the mod is bugged.
It seems the trinkets effect is active, even though I do not hold the trinket.

I just checked, and you can still hurt yourself with the white fireplace, so you can still get the knife pieces with the trinket.

Honestly, I'm not sure, Revalopod. The modding API is confusing, and I just made Isaac immune to a damage flag called "DAMAGE_FIRE" and fire projectiles (Like the ones fired by Revenants). I'm not sure if white fires are considered DAMAGE_FIRE or not. Pyromaniac makes you immune to all fire except white fires in Repentance, but IDK if it uses similar code to my addon.
