Classic Samson

Compatible with both Afterbirth+ and Repentance!

Gives Samson one red heart, one soul heart, and Lusty Blood to mimic how he behaved in his Flash days!
As a bonus, replaces the Child's Heart with Red Patch if you have it unlocked, which fits the classic character better.

Note: Currently his Birthright effect isn't changed, meaning it doesn't really work unless you've also happened to pick up Bloody Lust. I will try to fix this in the future.
