描述

The pistols kinda suck by default and I wanted to give them a slight buff, but most other scripts change their clip size or something else I don't want changed.

List of changes:

- Damage: 36 -> 42
- Vertical Punch: 2 -> 1.5
- Spread Per Shot: 1 -> 0.7
- Max Spread: 30 -> 15
- Spread Decay: 5 -> 2.5
- Max Movement Spread: 3 -> 2.5
- Firing Rate: 0.175 -> 0.15
