both competitive mods auto and manual ? No you must choose one depending on your combat settings against ai

Warning for all players:
Next Competitive mods update will be most likely released next weekend and it will include infrastructure nerf from 2 to 1 road discount and research cost from 1000 to 520

this mod is a copy of the main balance mod for live players, it has bug fixes and extended in-game descriptions, for balance updates check out the Competitive Mod - PBEM:
