San Francisco Painted Ladies are a set of typical SF row houses in the Victorian style of Queen Anne. The name originates in their colorful appearance, however it is used for various houses in similar styles across the US. Typical for all of them is a facade with 3 primary colors, sometimes even 4.
These SF Painted Ladies are especially tempting for tourists, as they offer a good view of the skyline from the nearby park.

Additionally, these are stunning examples of Victorian architecture, as they still contain many original or restored features. Nowadays, after being gentrified, these are worth millions.
By the way, the Painted Ladies can be used all over your city, as they are a very typical style of housing around SF.

These buildings use a color map to get more variations. You can repaint them yourself too, of course.

All buildings make use of slightly different textures, so no LSM compatibility. However some texture are connected if you subscribe to Painted Ladies .

These function as normal residential buildings ingame (as they do in real-life). If you want to plop them, use Plop the Growables. If you want them to act as tourist attractions, use RICO mod.
