Adds a "Pause Button" item used to effectively pause the game for a single user by stopping movement, aggro and stat increase/decrease.

To use, unlock the "Pause Button" engram and craft it for 1 fiber in your inventory. Then "equip" it to activate the "pause buff".

To stop using, just jump.

I thought I had to make this public in order to put it on my server, but it's just to allow a friend with kids to play and be able to step away at a moment's notice. I don't intend to update or improve anything atm.
