描述
(Requested by --ChrisCraft--).

The NY, O&W only ever had two F3B locomotives on their roster; numbered 821B and 822B. They were built in 1948, and ran with matching F3As numbered as 821 and 822.

I can’t seem to find out any information on what happened to these locomotives, but I assume they’ve been scrapped.
