Adds a Silencer Weapon Parts to the Game

This mod based on http://undeniable.info/pz/SilencerMod.php by Nolan

Changelog:
- Fixed errors if you have not a weapon in your primary hand.
- Fixed errors in multiplayer mode.
- A new icon for the Silencer.
- Added a different icon for the Home made Silencer.

silencer and suppressor are the same thing... but don't take my word for it if you got a problem with the terminology go tell the ATF... other than that.... mod does what it says on the tin 10/10 (ah sorry their is no tin)

I knew that somebody would write this...

A suppressor does reduce some of the sound though. Nothing completely silences a gun, so technically silencer is an incorrect term, but it is used by the majority of the public. The simple answer is both words can be used interchangeably - meaning the terms Silencer and Suppressor refer to the exact same thing.

P.S. I decided to keep the term from the original mod.
