Updated version of rp_omerta for use on the 1950NYRP server. Credit to Pretbeck for the original map

--Changelog
-Major - Added a train that goes around the city!
-Major - Added a mayor's office
-Added a third floor (office) to the police department
-Added a broken window in the second floor of hospital (so you can get out easier if you don't have a gun)
-Heightened the police building, and painted 'no parking' onto the curb in an attempt to make it more noticable
-Changed the horrible texture on the barricades - also thinking about switching those to props
-Performance improvements in hospital and warehouse (added areaportals)



I have stopped updating this map, if you do not like any of the features feel free to decompile and edit it yourself (make sure you give credit to Pretbeck who made the original version), but until futher notice this map will not be updated by me
