Mikhail Viktor is the tritagonist of Resident Evil 3. He was a member of the Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service, who accompanied Carlos Oliveira and Nicholai Ginovaef to Raccoon City in 1998 to deal with the t-virus outbreak.

Majka for importing the model to l4d2 and rigging the bones and all that
I added the dmg code which took like 40 seconds to do so im not going to take any credit for this
